These Terms of Use apply to the Pure by Adobha storefront operated by Adobha Agro Pvt Ltd. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Products and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The current store offer is 10% off MRP, applied automatically. Packaging may differ from website images. Check the actual label for ingredients, storage, best-before dates and suitability. Only products specifically labelled organic are offered as organic. Product availability and order acceptance are confirmed by our team.
2. How ordering works
Adding items to a bag or reviewing an address does not place a paid order. Press “Request quotation” to send your details to our team. We prepare a quotation, confirming availability, delivery information, any shipping charge and the final payable total. A draft quotation, AI response or opened payment app is not payment confirmation. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep your quotation reference. After our team verifies your bank payment, we confirm the order and generate the invoice in our accounting system.
3. Prepaid UPI only
Payments are made to adobha440@icici, with the displayed payee Adobha Agro Pvt Ltd. Check the bank-verified recipient name before authorising payment. Payment verification is manual; we confirm receipt before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available. No card or online payment-gateway checkout is currently integrated. Never share a UPI PIN or OTP with our team or Coco.
4. Delivery offers
Free delivery applies to orders with a discounted product subtotal of ₹300 or more within Chennai, or ₹1,000 or more elsewhere in India. For smaller orders, obtain a delivery quote before paying. Chennai eligibility is checked against the delivery address. Serviceability and delivery estimates are confirmed by our team; no fixed delivery time is promised by the website.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Prices and offers may change for future orders. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment or address issues and refund payments for orders we cancel. Contact support promptly for changes or cancellation before dispatch. Returns and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Coco and website use
Coco is an automated AI shopping assistant and may make mistakes. It cannot verify stock, confirm orders or payments, or provide medical advice. Final prices appear in your reviewed bag and are confirmed by our team. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent requests or interfere with its operation. Website text, logos and imagery belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
7. Applicable terms
Indian law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other jurisdiction available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be dated and posted on this page.
